When Samsung created the first phone to feature wireless power sharing, we created an unmistakable and unconventional demo: A domino sequence using the real Samsung Galaxy S10s, shot with motion controlled robots.

To mark the launch of their Policy On Domestic Abuse, Danske Bank wanted an internal campaign to raise awareness of the issues in order to protect their staff, 80% of whom now work from home.

We created haunting human shells to to convey the sense of long term imprisonment and inertness suffered by victims in order to engage, educate and compel our audience to speak up and break free from the shackles of abuse.

Our campaign launched with a series of videos, backed by digital and print assets, all leading to a dedicated intranet where staff could report abuse reach out for confidential help from quailfied professionals.

Every year in Vietnam, thousands of children and teenagers are illegally trafficked to China, Cambodia, Malaysia and Europe and forced into marriage, prostitution and drug manufacture.

Pacific Links, a charity that works with at-risk communities to stop trafficking, needed a simple, cheap, inconspicuous way for girls to keep hold of information they need to get home safely if they are trafficked, especially when their phones are taken from them first.

We created custom clothes tags in multiple languages, all hiding instructions on how to be rescued in plain sight. Now, when a girl is kidnapped, the information she need to come home stays with her.

Currently being rolled out nationwide with distribution of 25,000 tag sets and 3200 t shirts for the first two months.

Lack of public space, increased screen use and the pursuit of academic achievement above all else has led to today’s Vietnamese children being the least active ever.

MILO created ACTIV Vietnam, a groundbreaking partnership with the Vietnamese government, to get kids playing and learning through sport.

To launch ACTIV Vietnam, we created ‘Champions’, a call from a generation of Vietnamese children to have the opportunity to grow through sport.

If you want to know the story of how the Japanese military raped, tortured and murdered thousands upon thousands of civilians and prisoners in Nanking, China…

…don’t ask a Japanese person.

To this day, the atrocities committed in Nanking and other Japanese war crimes are completely ignored by the Japanese education system, and government.

This campaign urged the Japanese Government to recognise war crimes committed by the Japanese army in China prior to World War Two -events that are not taught in Japanese schools and are largely unknown to the Japanese public.

It’s been a long road to peace between North and South Korea -over 70 years. So when a sudden, historic meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong Um in Singapore was announced, Coca-Cola wanted to celebrate and support this moment where the long paths of both side finally meet in the name of peace.

Over the course of several days running up to the summit on digital billboards across Singapore, Trump and Kim walked toward each other, finally linking in the middle and shaking hands, their long paths meeting.

Activ Vietnam is a groundbreaking collaboration between the government of Vietnam, MILO and Ogilvy Vietnam to give children more opportunities to grow through sport.

From our ‘Champions’ launch video to our ‘Thank you Mom’ celebration, we built the largest communications campaign ever promoting sport for children in Vietnam, with incredible reach, massively positive reaction and outstanding business results.

For our efforts, we were rewarded with the first ever Effie for Vietnam. Champions, indeed.

In Vietnam, powdered rhino horn is considered a cure-all for everything from cancer to erectile dysfunction -and costs more per gram than cocaine.

In reality, rhino horn is keratin, the exact same medically useless material as human fingernails.

This range of print ads launched an ongoing, long-term campaign from Ogilvy aimed at reducing demand for rhino horn by informing the people of Vietnam that rhino horn is scientifically proven to have no health benefits.

Samsung’s Galaxy S21 features and incredible 8K video snap feature, enabling anyone to make their own billboard of jumbo screen content simply by filming a video.

We brought this amazing feature to life by taking a single snap at rehearsal to the venue billboard and the giant concert screen.

When MILO released a new formula aimed at teens, We challenging teen Vietnam to show how far they could go with MILO CAN energy by attempting their own sports trickshots.

To launch our campaign, we rounded up Vietnam’s best football tricksters, basketball freestylers, street skaters and BMX contortionists for an extravaganza video full of incredible trick moves.

Then we took our campaign to the public, with trickshot training and public competitions, both off and online.

When you launch a premium fabcon that features a scent made from real French perfume, you face a difficult job: how to convince buyers that your product is superior due to its scent.

For Comfort Sensorial with real French perfume, we created an experiment that showcased the power of the sense of smell by asking the public to appraise two designer dresses.

Each person selected the same dress as superior to the other, citing design, fabric quality and construction.

And all our experiment’s participants were shocked when we revealed the dresses were identical -the only difference was their preferred dress was washed in Comfort Sensorial, with it’s long lasting, sophisticated scent.

Putting together a plastic model diorama is assembling a piece of history -with the modeler in control of how the moment is portrayed.

We had a bunch of fun creating alternative histories through plastic model sprues, exploring the great conspiracy theories of the 20th century: The moon landing, JFK's assassination and the Roswell alien controversy.

Each story unfolds in it’s own unique, history challenging way, one model part at a time.

There’s nothing better than a sitting down for a beer and some sharp banter with your mates.

Boutique brewery Monteiths knows this, and wanted to position its range of beers and ciders as the drink of choice for smart conversation in pubs and cafes across New Zealand.

To get smart conversations started, we used using the one thing drinkers always pay attention to when they are drinking: the humble beer coaster. 

Our coasters were designed to make our customers, laugh, think and start a conversation, as well as inviting them to take part in Monteiths pub quizzes and Convertasting groups, where people could meet, chat and sample the latest Montheiths products among like minds. Smart.
